Today on the menu, Fillet Mignon Fajitas with Crab Cake Stuffed Shrimp, with Mantequilla (garlic butter) for dipping. This is on the specialty menu, but they have had it there for several months so it has become a staple. One of my favorite meals here. Only to be rivaled by the Quail Fajitas and perhaps the Seafood Enchiladas.
